Helpful Information

Q. What accounts can I access?
A. Any deposit or loan accounts that are registered with the same primary social security number. Secondary accountholders must use the account's primary social security number to access the information.

Q. What is my Personal I.D. Number{PIN}?
A. Initially, your PIN is not established for the service. On the first time you use the service, you will be prompted on how to establish your PIN. Please avoid the use of any portion of your social security number, address or phone number.

Q. Can I transfer money between my Cecil Bank Accounts?
A. Yes, as long as you have a checking account and savings account. A passbook savings account cannot be used for transferring funds.

Q. What if I have questions while I'm using Telephone Banking?
A. By pressing 0 on the main menu, you can leave a message and a Representative will call you back between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
